I'm a single mum of four, when I was first introduced to this support, I was completely overwhelmed with life with a class a drug addiction, from the first phone call I felt safe and listened to never felt judged this was massive for me. I was supported through addiction recovery and trauma, helped me quickly access talking therapy and stood by me at social care, child in need meetings, I was supported through tough days with practical advice, even in her spare time, I felt I had someone in my corner. This made a huge difference to me and my children. Question: Can I self refer to this service.
Answer: yes you can self refer by calling us or emailing us.
Question: Do you do home visits. Answer: yes for people who find it difficult to leave the house or have child care issues, home visits can be arranged.
Question: Can you work or liaise with other services I'm involved with.
Answer: yes we can correspond, attend appointments and work with other services.
